The studios are between 16 and 28 m². All our studios include a private kitchen, bathroom, desk with chair and double bed with mattress. As the main contractor, Glosec is transforming the building on Kloosterradestraat in Kerkrade from an old office location into a high-end co-living studio complex for students from the area.

The project: Delivery of a package consisting of the production and construction of a wood and acrylic turnkey interior for commercial buildings, furniture and inventory, including mechanical and electrical construction work. With this project we won the “MIPIM PEOPLE’S CHOICE” award in 2013.
