art’otel London Hoxton As the finishes and fit-out main contractor on this inspiring project, we are delighted to announce that art’otel Hoxton London has opened its doors, bringing a new fusion of art and hospitality to London’s Hoxton and Shoreditch neighbourhoods. Designed by Squire & Partners, occupying a prime location in Hoxton London, this 26-storey, 30.000 sqm, mixed-use scheme with stunning interiors, bespoke millwork, loose and fitted furnitures produced by YPRT factories with skilled craftsmen, includes a premium lifestyle art’otel with 357 art-inspired guest bedrooms (including 48 suites) all with unique skyline views, an art gallery, 60-seater auditorium, two original Banksy artwork pieces, destination restaurants, a bar, leisure facilities, events space and 5,900m2 of office space. With the works of signature artist, D*Face adorning the walls of all rooms, suites, and social spaces around the hotel. Two original pieces of art by the acclaimed Banksy are also displayed publicly for all to enjoy.
