This vibrant new hotel, which features 412 stylish guestrooms, is part of the TRIBE brand’s expansion into the UK, known for its modern, urban design and exceptional guest experiences.

As part of this contract, we will deliver high-quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail across all 412 guestrooms, public areas, and key hotel amenities.

We, as Yapiarti are proud to have successfully completed such a large-scale project by delivering millwork, loose furniture, and the glass package for public areas, residences and guestrooms, covering an area of 85.000sqm. The interior is designed by KCA International. The luxury hotel features 202 rooms and 62 private residences.
